Meet Ashley Eden
Ashley has many innate gifts as a facilitator for deep profound healing and positive change. She specializes in providing an educated, professional container for the release of stress, tension and trauma stored in the body.
Ashley believes the body has the wisdom and capacity to heal itself if given the opportunity. She brings this core belief to every session.
Using Craniosacral Therapy, Ashley facilities a therapeutic experience that brings the body and nervous system into a state of deep rest. This state of deep rest, creates a calming sense of peace where your own body’s inner wisdom, and intelligence can step forward and begin to gently let go and unwind. This unwinding process allows the stress, tension and/or trauma patterns held within the body to resolve. As these patterns resolve the body is then able to move towards a state of balance. Similar to how water always wants to find level, the body wants to move towards equilibrium if given the chance.
Through the Art of Reiki, Ashley’s gifts also allow her to feel and explain “stuck” or “blocked” energies held in people’s energetic systems and physical environments. Once identified Ashley is able to safely support the release, transformation, and/or integration of these energies for greater energetic flow and prosperity providing a sense of weightlessness, relief and restoration.
Ashley’s practice is based in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. People come from all over Western Canada to work with Ashley, specifically for the re-regulation of their nervous systems(Craniosacral Therapy), the re-alignment of their energetic systems(Reiki) and the re-optimization of their physical, and/or mental-emotional health(Vibroacoustic Therapy).
Ashley also works with people remotely offering distance Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy as well as the energetic alignment of Homes and Offices.
Specializing in a systems’, process based approach, Ashley helps support the release of stress, tension and trauma built up over time and held within the body’s tissues. She has worked wonders supporting people with sustained and successful relief from post concussion symptoms, chronic pain (neck and back), migraine headaches, anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, chronic fatigue, digestive issues to name just a few. Ashley also supports the safe release of trauma of all kinds: physical, mental, emotional, sexual and/or spiritual.
A beaming agent of positive change from a young age, Ashley first began hands-on healing at the age of 23. Her deep intuitive wisdom and care, well beyond her years, has allowed her to facilitate healing for almost 20 years. The tools she uses in her practice stem from her training in the healing arts of Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy and Deep Human Ecology.
Ashley holds a Masters of Science from the University of Edinburgh, and is published academic. Her work and experience as a Scientist and Watershed Ecologist continues to inform the work she facilitates at Growing Whole.
She currently offers Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and Vibroacoustic Therapy Sessions.

Ashley feels if we choose to do this hard work on ourselves, towards greater wholeness, healing and integration, this individual work ripples out, making the world a kinder, safer, more integrated, caring place for all. She is grateful to all who choose to dive deep into this journey of self care and discovery towards wholeness.
